- Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms

- We do not have a fitness center at the hotel. If you are interested in a full-service facility, the front desk can direct you to complimentary facilities nearby at the Hotel Monaco.

- We are proud to offer 24 hour in-room dining.

- The business center is located adjacent to the lobby and includes both PC and Mac based configurations, printing facilities and Internet.

- The hotel does not have a pool. However, you may visit the Hotel Monaco which is four blocks away for complimentary pool access.

- The hotel doesn't have a spa, but we offer In Room Spa services. Please contact the front desk to set up appointments or see our In Room Spa page for more information. If you wish for additional services beyond our in-room spa treatments, the front office team can assist with reservations at our neighboring full service Lorien Spa.

- Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
- Answer
- We do offer a complimentary shuttle service. Please contact the concierge for transportation assistance. Transportation between the Morrison House Alexandria and Reagan National Airport is available daily from 7:00 AM until 10:30 PM. Shuttles leave the hotel for departing flights every hour on the hour from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Shuttles pick up arriving guests from the airport every hour on the half hour from 7:30 AM until 10:30 PM. This service is available by request only. Hotel shuttles do not run a continuous route. Please contact the hotel upon your arrival at the airport and we will make arrangements to pick you up at the next scheduled time.

- Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
- Answer
- Valet parking with full in-and-out privileges is available for $24 per night, and is not included in the room rate. It's available 24 hours a day.
Reservations

- Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
- Answer
- Some of our rooms can accommodate cribs or rollaway beds. There is a $20 per night rental fee for a rollaway.

- I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

- If you made a reservation using a non Kimpton website please contact your service provider directly to make modifications to your reservation.

- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
- Answer
- Reservations booked at the Best Available Rate have a 72 hour cancellation policy or by 6 PM three days prior to arrival, to avoid a cancellation fee. For all other reservations please check with the booking provider for details on the cancellation/deposit policies.

- We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

- What age do kids stay for free?

- Children under the age of 17 stay for free.

- Yes, we do have connecting rooms.

- Do you have ADA rooms?
- Answer
- Yes, the hotel has ADA rooms. If you require a shower that has no leg-lift entry, your reservation will need to be rebooked at one of our sister properties, the Hotel Monaco (four blocks away) or the Lorien Hotel & Spa (eight blocks away) based on availability. Rates may be subject to change. Please specify any special requests at the time of booking or during check in so that we may make your stay more comfortable.

- We do. An Early Departure Fee up to one night's room and tax may be applied if you check out before your scheduled departure date.

- Do you offer special rates for extended stay guests?

- Absolutely! Receive up to 30% off our Best Available Rate and a credit of up to $50 for laundry cleaning during your stay. Be sure to enter "XRT" in the Rate Code field when making your reservation. Make the Morrison House your Home Away From Home in an intimate atmosphere with personalized service and attendants who know you by first name.

- The Grille serves American Cuisine and reservations are recommended. Please call 703.838.8000.
Breakfast is served Monday – Friday 7 AM to 10 AM, Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 10 AM; Brunch is served on Sunday at 11 AM to 2 PM; dinner is served Sunday – Thursday at 6 PM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday 6 PM to 10 PM.

- A valid credit card is required to check into the hotel. Payments in cash, by credit card, or travelers check are accepted at check out. We do not accept personal checks.

- The hotel is pet friendly, and there are no pet restrictions. We do request that you complete a pet form during registration and that you keep your pet caged or out of the room during housekeeping service. Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

- The closest dog walking park is by the waterfront; our front desk staff can assist you with a map and directions. The City of Alexandria requires all owners to curb their pets.
